Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will attend and complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, feedback, and listening to associates.
• Manages customer service initiatives and ensures a high quality customer experience.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Coordinates supervision and development for hourly associates, promotes belonging, and recruits to meet staffing needs.
• Ensures compliance with policies and supports Open Door policy in daily operations.
