Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses in the designated area.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring and assigning duties.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy and promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace.
• Promotes integrity and customer service by modeling Walmart values and focusing on a high quality customer experience.
