Job summary

Walmart at Sayre, PA is seeking a store leadership professional to drive team performance and customer service excellence. You will lead and develop associates, teach training, and support store operations while aligning with company change initiatives.

You will manage budgets, monitor profits, and execute action plans to meet sales goals. The role emphasizes equity, belonging, and strong customer focus in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy trainings).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and listening to associates, delivering feedback, and implementing store operations and change efforts.
• Drives store financial performance by monitoring PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, setting clear expectations, recognizing performance, and promoting a sense of belonging.
• Ensures customer service excellence by modeling OBW standards and resolving customer needs and issues; champions continuous process improvements.
