Responsibilities

• Assumes location responsibility in the absence of the General Manager and informs leadership of status.
• Directs management and employees to achieve location objectives and goals.
• Participates in recruiting, hiring, training and performance management.
• Prepares and monitors location budget and operating costs; reviews invoices.
• Develops operating policies and procedures; supports inventory control and safety.
• Supervises staff, conducts performance reviews, and resolves issues.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and leads safety meetings.
