Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university is required.
• 4+ years of directly related experience in lumber/building materials with broad exposure to business operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations and physical condition of the location’s facilities and equipment.
• Manage daily delivery and warehousing operations and develop staff.
• Plan operations strategies and department priorities for smooth product flow to customers.
• Monitor performance with reports on on-time deliveries, back orders, hours worked, and shipments.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies (DOT, OSHA) and drive cost-efficient operations.
