Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and eight years related experience; or equivalent education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of company products, competitors and product standards.
• Ability to compose business reports and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assists the General Manager in achieving location objectives and goals.
• Provides direction to management and staff to ensure goals are met.
• Assists in recruitment, hiring, promotion, training and termination decisions.
• Supports location budgeting, operating costs, and annual reporting.
• Monitors sales invoices and margins and approves accounts payable when assigned.
• Recommends and creates operating policies and procedures as required.
• Assist with inventory and expense control.
• Support safety and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and property.
• Supervises staff including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
