Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. in Lowell, Arkansas, is seeking an Operation Support Analyst II to manage configuration and maintenance of dedicated accounts, enabling accurate driver payroll and customer invoicing.

You will interpret contracts to configure systems, validate data, and support auditing needs. The role requires handling large datasets, resolving complex processing issues, and coordinating with Operations, Accounting, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of related experience in payroll administration, data analytics/management, fleet operations, account management, or systems configuration within the transportation/logistics industry, and/or military equivalent
• Demonstration of following skills: logical reasoning, data analysis, self-motivation, communication, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain customer accounts within designated systems, establishing account attributes, billing and pay rules, board and fleet codes, driver associations, and other contract-driven parameters to support accurate processing and billing
• Interpret contracts to determine necessary system configurations and ensure setup aligns with specifications
• Process, validate, and maintain large datasets related to accounts, billing, and driver pay across multiple system components
• Evaluate system relationships and data dependencies when implementing customized account setups and revisions
• Investigate and resolve complex account, billing, pay, and processing issues using queries and reports, coordinating with back-end support as needed
• Manage driver payroll administration by configuring pay plans, coordinating readiness, and ensuring data inputs are correct for payroll cycles
• Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and support implementations while mentoring junior staff
• Extract, analyze, and validate data and reports to identify variances, resolve discrepancies, and support audits
• Apply payroll adjustments and ensure documentation is complete for pay cycles
• Facilitate bids for invoicing by translating external files to internal formats and publishing relevant rate data
