Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain customer accounts in systems, setting billing, pay rules, codes, and driver associations to support accurate processing and billing.
• Interpret contracts to determine necessary system configurations and ensure setup aligns with specifications and needs.
• Process and maintain large datasets across tables and system components, ensuring data integrity and accurate outputs.
• Evaluate data relationships and downstream impacts when implementing account setups and adjustments.
• Resolve complex account, billing, and pay issues using queries and reports; coordinate back-end support when needed.
• Coordinate payroll configurations and ensure readiness before payroll processing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and Engineering teams; mentor junior staff as needed.
• Extract, analyze, and validate data and reports to identify variances and support audits.
• Administer payroll adjustments and one-time payments; ensure correct documentation and timing.
• Support invoicing bids by translating rates to customer formats and managing related publications.
