Job summary

The Fayetteville Woodpeckers, affiliated with the Houston Astros, are seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead commercial functions at Segra Stadium in Fayetteville, NC.

You will manage corporate partnerships and ticketing, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth in collaboration with the General Manager and DBH executive team. This role requires strong leadership, budget savvy, and the ability to work nights and weekends during games.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sponsorship & ticket sales.
• Experience in creating and implementing strategic sales plans.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate partnerships and ticketing departments.
• Develop and review strategic business plans and sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and digital assets to drive sales.
• Assist in annual budget creation and revenue growth across departments.
• Deliver on revenue goals through integrated partnership packages.
• Build and maintain relations with key stakeholders and season ticket members.
• Oversee sales reporting for DBH and the Woodpeckers.
• Foster a collaborative team culture aligned with DBH values.
• Support staff recruitment, training, and promotions.
