Job summary

Diamond Baseball Holdings is seeking a Manager, Food and Beverage for the Fayetteville Woodpeckers at Segra Stadium in Fayetteville, NC. You will lead concessions, premium services, and catering for baseball and non-baseball events, reporting to the Director, F&B.

Ideal candidates bring proven leadership in a high-volume food and beverage operation, strong focus on safety and guest experience, and hands-on management of staff, inventory, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in high-volume F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate.
• Familiar with POS and BOH systems; troubleshooting skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of seasonal employees.
• Monitor staff performance for speed, quality, and guest relations.
• Control costs related to labor, food, and supplies within budgets.
• Maintain safety and sanitation procedures with local health officials.
• Manage maintenance and cleanliness of food service areas.
• Coordinate with contractors and non-profit groups.
• Oversee monthly inventory, ordering, and receiving.
• Collaborate with F&B director to create diverse menus.
• Implement action plans from guest surveys and audits.
• Perform other related duties as required.
