Job summary

The Fayetteville Woodpeckers are seeking a Manager of Food and Beverage to oversee all concessions, premium, catering, and warehouse operations at Segra Stadium. You will report to the Director of Food and Beverage and lead a team of seasonal staff to deliver exceptional fan experiences during baseball games and non-baseball events.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, monitoring performance, managing costs, ensuring food safety, and coordinating with multiple vendors.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in food and beverage management, preferably with high-volume operations.
• Experience supervising large teams during events and game days.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage seasonal staff for concessions and premium services.
• Monitor performance to ensure fast service, quality products, and guest satisfaction.
• Control labor, food, and beverage costs within budget.
• Maintain safety and sanitation procedures and coordinate with local health officials.
• Schedule maintenance and cleanliness of all food service areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors; assist inventory and ordering.
