Job summary

SA Recycling LLC is seeking a results-oriented supervisor to lead office and customer service teams at our Balch Springs facility. You will ensure quality standards, proper procedures, and timely responsiveness to customer inquiries while enforcing safety and environmental rules.

The role requires strong communication, bilingual abilities, and experience with MS Office to generate reports and support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Must pass a medical physical and drug test.
• Must pass a background check and credit check.
• Preferred – high school diploma or GED.
• Bi-lingual English & Spanish a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and use basic math.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints and answer questions about policies.
• Supervise office, administrative, or customer service staff to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Provide guidance to employees in handling problems and escalated disputes.
• Implement policies, procedures, and service standards with management.
• Discuss job performance issues and identify causes and solutions.
• Train employees in duties and company policies; arrange training as needed.
• Evaluate performance and recommend personnel actions.
• Review records related to production, payroll, and shipping to verify details.
• Recruit, interview, and select employees.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly and maintain a clean workspace.
• Attend regularly and be punctual as essential job functions.
• Organize materials for efficient space usage.
• Dispose of waste materials properly and ensure safety and hygiene.
• Inspect for complete cleanup and maintain ongoing housekeeping.
