Pacific Retail Capital Partners (PRCP) in West Covina, CA is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations, maintenance, and financial performance of a premier regional shopping center. The role emphasizes leadership, vendor management, and delivering value to owners and tenants.

You will supervise maintenance teams, manage capital projects, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with leases and codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations to protect, maintain, and improve the owner’s asset while ensuring compliance with management agreements, leases, REAs, loan documents, and applicable regulations.
• Manage maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance programs, safety practices, and compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Lead and schedule maintenance teams, providing effective communication, supervision, training, and performance oversight.
• Manage contracted services, including developing scopes of work, soliciting bids, monitoring performance, and ensuring contractual standards are met.
• Develop and manage multi‑year capital plans, plans of action, and capital projects while ensuring timely and cost‑effective completion.
• Oversee tenant construction projects in coordination with tenant representatives, contractors, and tenants.
• Monitor public safety reports, insurance claims, and incidents to identify trends, ensure follow‑up, and implement preventative measures.
• Purchase building and maintenance supplies, machinery, and equipment as needed.
• Prepare and manage operating expenses and budgets, assist with forecasting, and support monthly and quarterly ownership reporting.
• Monitor in‑house and contracted services, including security, landscaping, and janitorial services, to ensure performance meets established standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support property operations and reporting.
• Perform additional duties as needed to successfully operate the regional shopping center.
