Job summary

Pacific Retail Capital Partners seeks a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations of a premier regional shopping center in West Covina, California. You will drive operational excellence, manage maintenance programs, and optimize expenses while safeguarding the owner’s asset.

Lead teams, coordinate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and ownership; manage capital projects, safety, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to protect and improve the owner's asset and ensure compliance.
• Manage maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance programs, safety, and local codes.
• Lead maintenance teams with supervision and training.
• Manage contracted services: scopes, bids, performance, and contracts.
• Develop multi-year capital plans and capital projects.
• Oversee tenant construction with tenant reps and contractors.
• Monitor safety reports, insurance claims, and incidents; identify trends and prevent recurrence.
• Prepare operating expenses, budgets, forecasting, and ownership reporting.
• Monitor security, landscaping, and janitorial services to meet standards.
• Utilize Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support operations/reporting.
• Perform additional duties to operate the regional shopping center.
