Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, is seeking an Operations Manager for our Lexington, KY branch. The role focuses on warehouse and administrative functions and key financial metrics, with responsibility for process improvements and efficient service delivery.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in business/sales/ops management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong leadership and communication skills. Compensation includes base salary plus an incentive plan.

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in inventory control and customer relations
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel)

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate warehouse and admin functions while ensuring quality service.
• Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
• Develop staff through training and performance management.
• Manage inventory movement, audits, and cycle counts.
• Support branch safety, security, and reporting with HR.
• Assist other branches in securing customer orders with Sales.
