You will evaluate processes, implement improvements, manage inventory and staff development, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires a proven leader with strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business, sales or operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• Strong customer/vendor relationship skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate warehouse and administrative functions to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Participate in recruitment and staff development.
• Manage inventory movement and audits; coordinate cycle counts and vendor returns.
• Oversee debit memo process, cash/credit transactions, pricing contracts, and job cost management.
• Ensure timely responses to calls/emails; maintain customer relationships and follow-up.
• Support branch safety, facility security and accident reporting with HR guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales to secure customer orders and assist other branches as needed.
