Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent plus certifications per local contract requirements.
• Previous passenger transportation in current project or similar environment preferred but not required.
• DOT drug testing and physical may apply per policy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site checks and road observations and report findings.
• Perform wheelchair securement and vehicle cleanliness checks.
• Monitor street operations for on-time performance and adherence to schedules.
• Provide passenger information at sites and key locations.
• Respond to accidents and incidents and manage the situation.
• Accompany operators to medical facilities after accidents as needed.
• Fill vacant shifts to ensure full service delivery.
• Conduct gate checks and ensure paperwork and inspections are complete.
• Identify rerouting needs due to traffic or incidents.
• Ensure operators are fit for duty and licensed.
• Assist operators with service or passenger problems.
• Support dispatch and maintenance in field vehicle changes.
• Provide safety feedback to improve daily operations.
• Determine preventability of incidents and identify training needs.
• Document all field observations.
