Job summary

ABQ Modern Dental Group is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn our proven operating model and help lead a growing dental office. You will work closely with the Regional Manager and Owner Dentist, gaining hands-on experience in hiring, training, and daily office operations.

The program emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and financial discipline, with opportunities to manage front and back office teams, improve patient experience, and contribute to year-over-year revenue growth

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to implement operational processes and drive results.
• Experience leading a team, mentoring and coaching subordinates is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer focus.
• Willingness to travel between multiple offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and values while learning the We Believe Behavioral Framework.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach team members for right-fit performance.
• Investigate and resolve staff and patient issues with timely solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model to meet office objectives with the Owner Dentist.
• Drive revenue and manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory bodies.
• Report weekly to Regional Manager with progress and goals.
