Job summary

PDS Health in Blaine seeks an Operations Manager Trainee to gain skills to independently run a dental office. You will complete the OM Development Program while supported by a supervisor, with the goal of managing a dental office in 4-6 months.

Responsibilities include hiring, staff development, financial oversight, compliance, and implementing the operational model to promote patient experience and office efficiency.

Qualifications

• Issues and staff coaching require leadership and people-management abilities.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; travel to multiple offices daily as needed.
• Alternate transportation allowed if license/insurance unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Modeling company culture, values and best operational practices.
• Assessment, hiring and retention of right-fit team members through training and coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model to meet office imperatives with the Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to achieve monthly goals and budget.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Report weekly to Regional Manager on accomplishments and goals.
• Develop and implement an office success plan and protocols.
