Job summary

PDS Health in Longmont is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn the skills and company knowledge to independently run a dental office. You will complete the OM Development Program while being supported by your supervisor, with the goal of managing a dental office within 4–6 months.

You will gain hands-on experience in building teams, leading front and back office operations, and driving patient satisfaction while meeting monthly goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five+ years in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; travel to multiple offices daily.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote company culture and best operational practices.
• Hire, supervise, coach, and develop team members.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency with Owner Dentist.
• Drive revenue and profit growth while managing expenses.
