Job summary

Sotera Health Company in Grand Prairie, TX, seeks an Operations Manager to optimize production scheduling and ensure on-time, quality-driven processing. You’ll oversee supervisors, coordinate maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance across the facility.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, five years in production with supervisory experience, English fluency, and willingness to work shifts. Strong MS Office skills and EO sterilization familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years’ experience in a production environment with some supervisory responsibility.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must be willing to work established shifts and be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures production runs meet customers' turn-time and quality requirements.
• Oversees scheduling, equipment use, and process data for compliance.
• supervises Process Supervisors and training of operations staff.
• Reviews payroll hours and maintains documentation and safety procedures.
• Coordinates maintenance downtime with Maintenance Department.
