Job summary

Sotera Health Company is seeking an Operator at our Grand Prairie facility to monitor sterilization systems, observe pressure, temperature, and humidity, and move product through the line safely.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will perform routine maintenance checks, document readings, and collaborate with maintenance to resolve issues while progressing toward Operator Level II. This role requires strength and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6–12 months sterilization experience preferred.
• Must complete Operator Certification within 18 months.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system: observe pressure, temperature and humidity on charts or monitors.
• Turn valves and adjust controls for safe operation.
• Document process readings and report issues to supervision.
• Perform daily/weekly preventative maintenance tasks as required.
• Assist with safety compliance and operator certification progression.
