Sotera Health in Grand Prairie, TX seeks an Operator to monitor the sterilization process, observe pressure, temperature and humidity, and move products through the facility safely and on time.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor or Manager Operations, you will perform routine equipment checks, document readings, assist with maintenance, and uphold safety regulations in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year in a sterilization environment preferred.
• Able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate basic tools.
• Willing to work established shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor sterilization system: observe pressure, temperature and humidity, adjust controls as needed.
• Document process readings and report any damaged product or system issues.
• Perform daily/weekly equipment checks and assist maintenance as required.
