Sotera Health Company is seeking a General Manager to lead a sterilization facility, ensuring safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. You will direct cross-functional teams across Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Safety, and Training to deliver exceptional service while upholding regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of leadership in regulated environments, strong P&L management, and a track record of driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related fields considered.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety-focused, strategic leadership for a sterilization facility.
• Oversee operations, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop budgets, manage P&L, and drive cost controls.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, QA, Safety, and Training.
• Collaborate with executives to execute long-term growth strategies.
