Job summary

Sterigenics U.S. LLC in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an Operations Manager responsible for maximizing equipment utilization, scheduling, and meeting customer timelines and quality standards.

You will supervise the Process Supervisor/Shift Supervisors, coordinate maintenance downtime, review data, and ensure regulatory and company standards are met. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 5 years production with 2 years supervisory, and readiness for 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years in a production environment with two years of supervisory experience.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Willingness to work established shifts.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Must be medically approved for respirator use.
• Experience with EO sterilization desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all product runs are scheduled to meet turn-time and quality requirements.
• Maintains proper segregation of processed versus non-processed product.
• Coordinates downtime for preventive maintenance with Maintenance.
• Reviews and approves final processing data prior to certification.
• Reviews system configuration logs and temperature/humidity logs for accuracy.
• Prepares month-end performance reports.
• Provides direction and support for supervisors and shift leads.
• Ensures compliance with company procedures and documentation.
• Reviews weekly payroll hours.
• Assists with training and special projects.
• Supervises the work of others.
