Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking an Operations Manager to maximize equipment utilization, oversee scheduling and processing, and ensure adherence to customer timeframes and quality standards. The role may supervise a Process Supervisor and requires leadership across shift teams.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, and lead training for operations staff in a large facility setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Five years’ experience in a production environment with two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and oversees product runs to meet customer turn-time and quality requirements.
• Maintains proper segregation of processed and non-processed product at all times.
• Coordinates downtime for preventative maintenance with Maintenance Department.
• Reviews and approves final processing data prior to certification for compliance with customer specs.
• Prepares month-end performance reports and validates instrumentation calibration.
