Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 year degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Strong understanding of Sprinkler Systems
• Excellent time management, planning, and forward-thinking skills
• Be self-motivated with professional attitude and appearance
• Possess exceptional communication and listening skills
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices

Responsibilities

• Manage systems delivery from order receipt to project completion.
• Lead Construction, Engineering and Project Managers for the Operations Department.
• Review financial statements and data; use to improve profitability and budgets.
• Lead billing and costing meetings for all projects; control inventory.
• Improve processes and policies to maximize output and compliance.
• Supervise staff; delegate tasks and establish work schedules.
• Coordinate with employee and subcontractors to ensure timely, cost-effective installation and delivery.
