Job summary

Everon is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of systems projects from order receipt through installation and billing. The role oversees Construction, Engineering and Project Managers within the Operations Department and focuses on profitability, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in the industry, a strong sprinkler systems background, and proven leadership with excellent communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• 4 year degree required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong understanding of sprinkler systems.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage systems delivery process from order receipt to project completion.
• Oversee Construction, Engineering and Project Managers in Operations.
• Review financial statements and data to improve profitability; prepare and control budgets.
• Lead billing and costing meetings for all projects; control inventory.
• Improve processes and policies to maximize output and ensure compliance.
• Supervise staff; delegate tasks and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with employees and subcontractors to ensure timely, cost-effective installation and delivery.
• Engage in regular communications with sales, customers and vendors to ensure total customer satisfaction.
