Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring an Operations Manager in Missouri. The role leads staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance across client sites, championing service quality and workforce stability while building strong client relationships.

This position oversees hiring, payroll processes, post scheduling in WinTeam, and performance plans to meet contract requirements and support employees in a safe, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle for business.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation, and client relations.
• Ability to maintain a profitable book of business with cross-collaboration and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools for metrics analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Networking skills demonstrating commitment to safety and trust through local events.

Responsibilities

• Manage the selection and placement process for new security professionals and supervisors; design development plans and evaluate underperforming staff.
• Make initial job offers and transfers with rates, schedules and benefits in line with contract requirements; publish open posts.
• Create and manage post schedules in WinTeam; ensure staffing meets contract requirements and control overtime.
• Maintain a pool of flex personnel for backfill and ensure proper staffing across branches.
• Maintain proactive contact with staff to ensure utilization and readiness for placement.
• Review No Hours Report weekly with HR and disposition employees with no hours within policy.
• Ensure staff are properly trained and informed; support ongoing policy compliance.
