Job summary

Hunking Law, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and elevate case processing across its Oregon offices, driving efficiency and scalable systems that support personal injury client care.

You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on management, guiding the processing team and coordinating across Albany, Corvallis, Junction City and Eugene to ensure high-quality service and timely case progression.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented: proactive and forward-thinking
• Systematic thinking: prefer systemic solutions over quick fixes
• Process improvement experience: comfortable iterating on SOPs/KPIs
• Professional services background: legal ops or case processing helpful
• Legal knowledge: familiarity with personal injury or case processing helpful
• Risk awareness: anticipate risks and balance immediate and long-term needs
• On-site & travel requirement: able to work onsite and travel among Willamette Valley offices

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: lead case processing to ensure smooth advancement
• System Improvement: implement scalable enhancements to existing systems
• Team Support: guide the case processing team to remove bottlenecks
• Strategic and Hands-On: balance strategy with hands-on implementation
• Cross-Office Coordination: align activities across Corvallis, Albany, Junction City and Eugene
• Performance Tracking: use SOPs and KPIs to diagnose gaps and drive updates
• Long-Term Planning: anticipate future needs as the firm grows
• Collaboration: work with Marketing/Intake Ops Manager to align front-end intake with case progression
