• Oversees daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Plans, monitors, and schedules all soccer programs and operations for efficiency and customer service.
• Responds to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems promptly and professionally.
• Ensures all employees follow company policies and procedures.
• Monitors inventory levels and restocks supplies as needed.
• Encourages teamwork and provides guidance to staff.
• Coordinates with other departments to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
• Implements and maintains safety procedures for staff and customers.
