Job summary

Sofive City Soccer, Inc. is seeking a Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations at Sofive Soccer Centers Apex. You will supervise staff in the GM/Asst GM's absence and ensure exceptional customer service, safety, and smooth operations across all programs.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Overview, plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs, ensuring smooth and efficient operational procedures enabling Sofive Soccer Centers to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Responds to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensures that all employees comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitors inventory levels, restocking supplies when necessary.
• Encourages teamwork and provides guidance and support to staff.
• Coordinates with other departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Implements and maintains safety procedures for staff and customers.
