Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in the Freehold, NJ area to lead a fast-paced manufacturing site. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency, coaching a multi-shift team while advancing lean and Six Sigma initiatives.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will partner across maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics to achieve site goals. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, people development, and strategic capex planning, with a strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
7+ years of similar operations/manufacturing management.
Experience in pharmaceutical, personal care, food or beverage environments.
Experience in FDA regulated environments.
Leading large teams (100+ reports).
Root cause analysis & corrective action experience.
Experience overseeing 24/7 operations.
Continuous improvement with Six Sigma green belt preferred.
Budget management and ERP experience.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

Direct 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, and cost targets.
Design and deploy continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methods.
Lead coaching, hiring, onboarding, and development of site staff.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics.
Manage budgets, labor planning, and capital investment recommendations.
