You will coach a multi-shift team, manage budgets, collaborate cross-functionally, and advance new product introductions while maintaining safety and cost efficiency. The role offers strong bonus potential and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to manufacturing.
• At least seven years of operations/manufacturing management experience.
• Experience overseeing production in regulated environments (pharma, FDA, etc.).
• Experience leading direct and indirect reports (100+ total reports).
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• ERP experience and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, and cost targets.
• Designs and deploys Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leads coaching and development of supervisors, team leads, and staff.
• Partners with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics on industrialization.
• Manages budgets, labor planning, and operating expenses; advises site leadership.
