Job summary
Talent With Heart in Freehold, NJ is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a 24/7 manufacturing site, driving safety, quality, and efficiency. You will champion Lean and Six Sigma, coach supervisors, and partner with maintenance, engineering, and quality to deliver continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
- Experience leading large manufacturing teams (100+ reports).
- FDA-regulated environment experience preferred.
- Proven track record in 24/7 operations and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, reliability, and cost targets.
- Designs and deploys continuous improvement strategy (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Leads coaching, hiring, onboarding, and succession planning for site teams.
- Partners with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning and logistics to eliminate failures and support PM.
- Manages budgets, labor planning, and operating expenses; advises site leadership on goals and growth.
