Job summary

Radial is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a cross-functional team at the Indianapolis 2 Fulfillment Center in Avon, IN. You will oversee inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments and inventory, driving Lean process improvements and a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires at least 2 years in operations management, a degree, and strong data analysis and communication skills. You will manage client SLAs, staffing, safety, and shift coverage including peak-season needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or HS degree/GED required.
• Experience with process improvement ideologies (LEAN, Six Sigma) and certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive operations experience in a manager role.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate direct reports; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for client SLA agreements and site quality targets.
• Develop and manage day-to-day operational strategy for safe, productive campus operation.
• Lead performance management for area and deliver KPI improvements.
• Coordinate shift directives and staffing, including peak-season adjustments.
• Promote continuous improvement and lean culture within the value stream.
