Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in Omaha to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while using data-driven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency.

The role encompasses three workflow components—First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile—across a growing fulfillment network. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, leading large-scale projects, and partnering with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Develop productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and HR to meet objectives.
• Operate in environments with variable noise and temperatures and lift up to 49 pounds.
