Amazon.com Services LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking an Operations Manager to lead both salaried and hourly teams, drive safety, quality, and delivery performance, and orchestrate productivity improvements using data-driven decisions. You will partner with Safety, Engineering, LP, QA and HR to meet business objectives while supporting large-scale site projects.

The role offers a broad scope across first/middle/last mile workflows, with opportunities for growth as new sites launch yearly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Leaders to load balance.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
