Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager for our Spokane, WA facility to lead and develop a diverse team of salaried and hourly staff. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while delivering on customer expectations through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 3+ years in employee/performance management, a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with Amazon experience), and flexibility to work weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing with other Leaders.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet business objectives.
