Amazon.com Services LLC in Wisconsin is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of salaried and hourly staff, drive safety, quality, attendance and performance, and use data-driven decisions to improve productivity. You will mentor your team, manage large-scope projects with site and regional impact, and coordinate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR.

The role requires 3+ years of people management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 2+ years Amazon experience), and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Create and implement productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours; work in variable temperatures and environments.
• Work a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts).
