Amazon.com is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent across our WW Operations network. You will drive safety, quality, attendance and performance while enabling tools and coaching for success.

You will influence productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet delivery promises and customer expectations across First/Middle/Last Mile operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR to meet objectives.
