• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast paced environment.
• Direct and motivate a diverse population that includes full- time and part-time team members.
• Demonstrated ability to act decisively with implementing solutions, planning and delegating tasks, monitoring and achieving goals, and responding to change.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and have open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Train, coach, and mentor your team to develop Best in Class execution and customer service.
• Oversee development and execution of individual development plans for direct and indirect reports.
• Ensure staffing according to budget and maximize for customer needs; hire, train, develop, and manage performance of all Team Members.
• Monitor store wage and expense control programs.
• Identify wage and expense budget variances and take corrective action.
• Oversee all cash management policies, procedures, and practices.
• Implement, audit, and administer Fleet Rewards Visa, Store Credit Card, and Loyalty Program.
• Provide guidance and oversight for customer-related issues.
• Oversee reduction of shrink activity through education, awareness, and compliance.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other company initiatives.
