Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking an Operations Manager in Fargo, ND to lead store operations, including Front End, C-store, and facilities. You will coach teams, plan staffing to budget, and drive customer service excellence while managing wage costs and loss prevention.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of management experience in a Big Box retailer. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
• 5 years of management experience in a Big Box retailer preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to manage diverse full-time and part-time staff and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations across Front End, Convenience Store/Gas, Facilities, Scheduling/Labor, Pricing/Inventory, and Loss Prevention.
• Train, coach and mentor teams to achieve Best in Class execution and customer service.
• Develop individual development plans for direct and indirect reports and control wage/expense budgets.
• Oversee cash handling, loyalty programs, and compliance with loss prevention policies.
