Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer service. You will manage staff, resources, and workflows to meet financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include process improvement, labor forecasting, procurement, and KPI reporting using BrightPath and Power BI. A background in landscaping or construction with leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in landscape or business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in construction or landscaping, with 2–3 years in management.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with FSM, BrightPath, MFP/WAR calls.
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic work environments; team-oriented leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to hit financial and safety targets.
• Lead staff development, performance reviews, and a positive work culture.
• Execute weekly/monthly labor planning and manage resources within forecast.
• Source products, manage inventory, and ensure timely vendor deliveries.
• Enforce safety standards, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Track KPIs and use BrightPath, Power BI and other tools for data-driven decisions.
• Deliver high customer service, oversee jobsite quality and project timelines.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration and external vendor relationships.
