Responsibilities

• Develops project implementation plans for ICHW initiatives, ensuring clear delegation and timely completion.
• Collects and organizes data to understand patient experience, staff time utilization and clinical outcomes.
• Manages fee collection, billing of student accounts and expenditures per university guidelines.
• Coordinates with campus departments and vendors on building management, tech support, HR and risk management.
• Oversees the vendor contract process and related compliance.
• Supervises 2 direct reports and supports team development.
