Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations up to retail store, fuel, restaurant.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through safety checks and upkeep.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, and merchandising standards.
• Support the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
