Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across retail, fuel, food service, and truck care to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage processes, and implement strategies to grow sales and meet company goals.

This role requires 2+ years in multi-site operations with P&L experience, a collaborative leadership style, and strong communication. We offer growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales volume over $2M.
• 2+ years handling budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations (retail, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, truck care).
• Ensure a safe, clean facility with maintenance and safety checks.
• Drive sales through ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Assist GM with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and act on opportunities to improve performance.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
