Love's Travel Stops in Ohio is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will lead a cross-functional team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales while maintaining safety and quality standards.

With a strong emphasis on teamwork and hands-on leadership, the role requires coordinating store, fuel, restaurant, and service operations, plus budgeting, reporting, and talent development to support company growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
• Experience managing $2M+ annual sales and operating budgets.
• Proven ability to supervise 5–10+ employees.
• Experience with P&L analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple business units.
• Ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities.
• Drive sales through merchandise standards and inventory control.
• Assist General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss to identify opportunities.
