Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care, driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and hands-on experience in multi-department retail management. You will supervise a team, manage processes, and report on performance while supporting growth and a high-standard store environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations up to multiple business areas (store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, truck care).
• Maintain safe, clean facilities through inspections and maintenance.
• Drive sales via efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Interpret financials to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
