Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales around $2M+.
• 2+ years working with budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple business operations up to store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care.
• Maintain a safe, clean facility with safety checks and upkeep.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising.
• Support the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss to drive changes and opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
